We are a small operator whose primary focus is to provide a hosting service which we run and maintain ourselves, and which can provide you with a more personal hosting experience.

This service would be suited to those non-technical people running blogs and websites, who may require the occasional bit of EXTRA support with their day-to-day operations.

The advantages to our service are:

• Friendly, personal support. We will look after you.

• Instant support: we are instantly available via Skype and EMail during Australian business hours (8am to 6pm). Outside of those hours, we are still readily available. Phone support is available at a small extra cost per month.

• Flexible hosting packages: we provide a 2GB / 15GB plan as standard (that's 2GB disk storage, 15GB of data transfer per month). But we are flexible and willing to tailor packages to your needs. Just let us know what it is you require. We are not willing to host porn and video websites however. Databases and other services can be negotiated also.

• Accurate Info: for those times when you're having problems, we will be able to accurately inform you of what the problem is, and why. We run the servers so there is no man-in- the-middle or any phone-monkeys to deal with. The person you speak to administrates the servers, or is at least in direct contact with someone who does.

• Affordable Support for those times when you need a bit more than just advice and server support. As a hosting client, our rates for development and design work are easily more affordable than anywhere else. You would be looking at $60 an hour or less (depending on the work you require, and how many hosting accounts you have with us).

• Custom-components: we are flexible with server-side components. If your web apps require something special server-side, let us know and we can probably accomodate you.

Our platforms are LINUX-based so if you are running .NET applications, we would not be an appropriate host for you.

We SPECIALISE in Joomla and Wordpress, and can not only host these websites, but also provide solid and experienced support.

We run cPanel on our main servers. We have other servers available for special projects that require special server-side components.

DNS: we do not provide DNS hosting as part of the service. You will need your own DNS service, which we are happy to help you setup.

If you require a DNS service from us, the cost is $25 per year.
